Corporate culture and further development - first oraya offsite sets course for the future

Last week was all about the further development of our company. In 2 intensive and cooperative days, we defined the internal and external values with which we are positioning the company for the future. On the other hand, the colleagues from Data Science, Development, Customer Success and also Sales showed further positive developments from the respective areas.

Initial successes from Telekom's TechBoost program were celebrated, as were significant performance advances in data collection and the further development of individual oraya products. The days were rounded off by a shared meal, great conversations and the odd cold drink at a rooftop bar near the Rhine.

We are looking forward to the further tasks ahead and are very happy to continue the journey together with a highly motivated team of specialists.
